COGx is an evidence-based methodology used by qualified professionals to improve brain function for people of all ages and varied abilities. We improve brain function through a unique approach that teaches scientific principles of learning, trains core cognitive areas responsible for learning, while coaching to improve metacognition and generalization of gains (transfer to real-life). COGx programs are effective because they are delivered in-person by qualified professionals who partner with COGx to receive training and support. The COGx iOs app is available exclusively to our partner organizations and to COGx professionals trained to deliver our programs. It helps COGx professionals deliver effective sessions for their clients by tracking and reporting on progress, learning best-practices to improve outcomes, and planning sessions efficiently.
